Breakfast Smoothie

Got picky kids? Who doesn’t love a smoothie! Smoothies are a fantastic healthy alternative — they are quick, pack a lot of punch, and can hide healthy fruits and vegetables that your kids won’t typically eat.

Here is my favorite fruit smoothie blend:

1/2 cup of Strawberries

1/2 cup of sliced bananas

1/2 cup of sliced fresh peaches

2 cups of Blueberry yogurt

1/4 cup of skim milk

2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds (for fiber)

Blend and enjoy.

This recipe makes approximately 20 ounces.
